Tracking and Measuring Impact
- Navaroo tracks the impact of its programs by measuring the number of people employed, hours worked, training hours completed, and the number of individuals who find full-time employment after participating in Navaroo's programs.
Pathways to Employment Elsewhere
- Recognizing that some individuals may seek opportunities beyond Navaroo, the company supports their transition to other employment. This includes creating transition plans, partnering with recruitment agencies, and providing support during the job search and interview process.
