- ITPs and lots for pavement bases, managed specialist surfacing, concrete paths, kerbs, signs, line marking, tactiles and landscape works.
- Material and mix approvals, delivery dockets, certificates and manufacturer information.
- Compaction, concrete and surface testing through approved laboratories and field records.
- Pre-pour and pre-cover hold points, progressive photographic evidence and defect close-out.
- As-built, handover, warranty and maintenance records where required.
Environmental protection
Controls are established with the workfront and maintained through the activity.
