How managed surfacing works
Navaroo does not self-perform surfacing. It carries the scope commercially and controls it on site.
- Surfacing is priced and programmed as part of the external works package, not left as a gap between trades.
- Specialist surfacing subcontractors are engaged, inducted and supervised under Navaroo's package controls.
- Milling, profiling, edge preparation and surfacing layers are sequenced against the formation and concrete works.
- Night, weekend and occupation-window delivery is coordinated with the head contractor's staging.
- Navaroo carries responsibility for programme, quality records and close-out of the surfacing scope it engages.
Surface completion
The visible finish is coordinated and closed out alongside the managed specialist surfacing scope.
- Tactile ground-surface indicators, line marking, stencilling, wayfinding and signs.
- Surface-tolerance checks, contrast and slip testing and record close-out.
- Protection of finished work and prompt clean-up of profiling and surplus material.
- Localised reinstatement and tie-ins where the external works meet existing surfaces.
Delivery approach
Navaroo carries the package and engages proven specialist surfacing trades where required, keeping the sequence and the final interface under one accountable scope. Standalone road packages sit outside the offer.
