Formwork, reinforcement and placement for the concrete elements inside an external works package.
- In-situ slabs, footings, plinths and bases, with formwork and reinforcement inspected before pours.
- Retaining and seating walls, steps, landings and ramps.
- Concrete edge and kerb elements, channel profiles, lintel and pit interfaces and detailed transitions.
- Precast element installation, bedding and fixing.
- Broom, exposed and specified finishes, curing, protection and rectification of damaged work.
Paths + accessible connections
Complete construction from prepared base through curing, protection and close-out.
- Footpaths, shared-user paths, pram crossings, kerb ramps, crossovers and local pavement tie-ins.
- Grades, cross-falls, joint layouts and DDA-compliant accessible grading set out from project survey control.
- Tactile ground-surface indicators, thresholds and flush tie-ins to adjacent surfaces.
- Pre-pour inspections, test records and progressive lot close-out.
